Delete Your Account
- Open Lensatic and go to the Profile tab.
- Scroll to Danger Zone.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
This happens immediately and cannot be undone. If you never created an account, there is nothing on any server to delete — see below.
Email privacy@lensatic.fit from the address you signed up with. The account and all of its data are erased within 30 days, usually much sooner. No reason is required.
What gets deleted
Deleting the account removes it along with everything stored under it:
- Recorded activities, including GPS routes, pace, splits, and elevation
- Heart-rate data saved with those activities
- Strength and conditioning workouts
- Plan progress, active plans, and assessment baselines
- Fitness profile and calibrated targets
- Pace counts, achievements, and app settings
- Your email address and sign-in credentials
Deleting from inside the app also wipes the copy held on your phone, in the same action. Nothing is retained for analytics, and no backup of a deleted account is kept beyond routine encrypted database backups, which age out on their own schedule.
If you never turned on cloud backup
Lensatic keeps everything on your device by default and only uploads once you create an account. If you never did, no server holds anything of yours, and uninstalling the app deletes all of it. You can also clear it without uninstalling: Profile → Danger Zone → Delete all data.
Health Connect
Workouts Lensatic wrote to Android Health Connect belong to Health Connect, not to Lensatic, so deleting your account does not remove them. Manage those in the Health Connect app, under Data and access, where you can also revoke Lensatic's permissions at any time.
